My practice extends to Estates and Wills, Business Transactions, Litigation, and Real Estate. My emphasis in practice is in the area of labor and employment law, covering such areas as collective bargaining, contract administration, restrictive covenants, unfair labor practices, wage payment and collection issues, and employment handbooks, to name a few. We also arbitrate claims against stockbrokers and investment houses for fraud, negligence, disobedience, breach of fiduciary duties, churning, and unsuitable investments.

Attorney Korsak has practiced law in South Central Pennsylvania since 1976. He is degreed from the Pennsylvania State University, the University of Toledo, and Temple University.
